4 credit hours

Format: lecture (two 75-minute sessions per week, Tue & Thu 11:30 AM - 12:45 PM) + required lab (one 3-hr session per week, Thu 08:30 AM - 11:20 AM) + field trips (several day trips, probably on Saturdays; specific schedule to be arranged)

Appropriate for: Masters students and for Junior/Senior undergraduates with strong interests in ecology and environmental science.

Students should have some relevant course background in ecology or evolutionary biology or zoology (e.g., the equivalent of BIO 3255, BIO 3405, BIO 3555, BIO 4305, BIO 4452, or BIO 4485).

Students without at least one such course should contact Dr. Curry for permission to register.
